Phones 4U have ceased offering O2 contracts, upgrades or PAYG phones. Phones 4U state this is due to a "recent startegic re-evaluation of its network relations"

Maybe they, like many of us, don't like the way O2 is currently doing business

Its true.  O2 dumped P4U and the official reason is because of poor sales.

Not surprising as they were prevented from selling new contracts, really.....

With good reason.  As far as I know O2 didn't like the way they were selling new contracts, so stopped them from doing so.

Agree entirely.... There were just too many complaints. It was only a matter of time before they were cut off completely.

At one time CPW were just as bad, but they seem to have tightened it up recently.

You really never know do you if people go in to sign up and keep getting told the price will go up hopefully enough people will be put off and then O2 sales through cpw would drop and either side may cut it

Can't see it happening.  CPW and O2 are quite friendly with each other, much more so than P4U.  Plus CPW were outselling P4U massively, even on sim only / upgrades.
