hi, i cannot use my phone or connect to any network. i cannot even phone o2 as its saying i have no network connection. this has only happened since changing my monthly contract. i want to pay my bill and i cannot do that its as if the phone is not in usage since change over

Once you get things sorted do seriously consider paying by Direct Debit. You may well save yourself a lot of hassle in future.
