Phone rates for International Caller Bolt-On for mobile pay & go

I have the International Caller Bolt-On which required a 1-time payment and is to last forever.  However, I can no longer find the phone rates that go with it. Did O2 completely remove them from the website?  If so, how do I find out current rates for calls other than one country at a time?  And most immediately, is it still 7p/min to call the US and Canada?  Thanks!
