How do I call 02 to talk about my bill when my phn is cut off

You can call the 0800 numbers for o2 customer services using Skype?

Payment management is 0800 902 0217

And general customer services is 0800 032 1402

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
