Phone calls and data dropping

Hi, I am having problems with 2x O2 phones, both are dropping calls and data is poor, I have spoken previously to O2, they have advised that there are 4 masts in my area and the phone is getting confused, which us fine, but it still leaves me with the problems of bad phone calls and slow data, anyone with any ideas ?

That sounds like a bull **** answer from o2 im afraid.
Your handsets will latch onto whichever mast has the strongest signal.
Have you tried dropping the handsets down to 3G to check if the same occurs.
Do you have any spare mobile handsets to see if you get the same result...

I agree, i think they are trying to give me the run around. Its difficult to speak to anyone at O2 at the minute every option points you back to the website, which is frustrating..

 

I have tried one of the sim cards in a different phone, does exactly the same..

 

Not tried dropping to 3G, will that help the phone calls though ?
