Hi I got a phone saying it from o2 trying to upgrade my tariff. This is the number ‭0330 303 5317‬. Is it from o2 or is it a scam?

Just hang up and block the number.

Hi @Bennybooboo 

 

It wont be a scam, it will be a so called 'Trusted partner' who works on behalf of O2.

However you should ignore and block the number and never accept an upgrade from any cold caller.

 

You will end up with a business contract most possible.Also the terms and conditions won't be anything you want or need.

And these callers say they are calling from O2, as well, you can' T believe anyone these days... grimacing

Started to get a load of calls from this number as well but when I catch it there is no one there or it just rings  once or twice them stops , today had 5 calls caught one of them and as normal no one there
