Hi guys I’ve got an over due balance of £15 I have been off work due to coronavirus and I don’t get paid until the 22nd is there any way you can put my services back on until then?? I have tried calling but cannot get through...

@Nicky2020 sorry for any inconvenience. You should have contacted them earlier to notify them you couldn't pay. I'm not sure if they can be able to help but you still have to try.

@Nicky2020 If you've been disconnected you may also have to pay a reconnection charge.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
