4 days trying to get through to this line only putting calls through for fraud or leaving 02 says it all no interest in speaking to people that only need an extension for few days disgusting treatment just get cut off when they read your account information

That number will only let you through if your reporting a lost or stolen phone..iv had the same problem I have been trying to get through to them all week to not take any money from my account and now theyve taken my child benefits which is the money to feed us for the month! Cant get through to anyone..

You just have to use whichever option you can to get through @Laura25, even if that means using the lost phone one...

Couldn't get through there either, iv sent them a message on facebook wishing them luck on getting debt collectors to chase up millions of people that are cancelling direct debits etc. I wouldnt mind but with us not being allowed out iv not even used any mobile data 😂
