Hi - first time on here - but dont know where else to go. I haven't been able to do web top ups for the last 6 months. 02 customer services told me they didnt know why but to use phone top up instead. Ridiculous but have been....until today. Wouldnt allow me to top up and customer services didnt know why but something to do with a 'business rule issue'?!?!?!?

I was told i had to go to a cash point or get vouchers to top up! REALLY?? Are we in the 1990's?! He couldnt help any further.

Can anyone help with this issue please?

Thanks.....just off to top up at a cash point.Shocked

Also if you are having problems have a look at the guide on the knowledge base. You have to scroll down for PAYG http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-and-Go/Ways-to-pay-guidelines/ta-p/973036

Also @Toby if there are changes to the info included in this guide maybe they need editing?

Unfortunately we would direct you to CS for such issues.
As customers ourselves we can't access your account to see what the problem is.
I assume it is a UK card registered in your name to a UK address?

There are other sites you can use online too like this http://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Most banking apps allow you to top up a mobile these days. I found it the easiest way to be honest.
