Paying my bill late this month

Hi my bill should have come out today but i dont have the funds to pay it till th 14th of this month how do i go about doing this as iv called the 202 number and it says goodbye after 2-3 minutes im worried

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
