You can pay over the phone or online using your credit card but you can't set a direct debit with it

You can set up a recurring payment by calling your credit card supplier but that would be a fixed amount each month and extremely difficult to cancel such payments

Okay thank you, so if I wanted my payment to come off my credit card, I would have to phone up every month and provide my credit details for it to be done? @jonsie

You can pay by credit card as well, When you get your bill via email go into the Myo2 app or in the my account section/my bill part of o2.co.uk and it'll give you the option to pay via credit card.

Yes no problem

As I say, online via My O2 or by phoning each month

@AE1 I'm guessing you want to pay by credit card because you get points. That's all well and good, but it will become tedious to do month after month. You're better off setting up a Direct Debit so you don't have to think about it every month.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi 🙃 You can save your credit card details for one-click use in:
Online > Menu > Bills and current charges then under heading online card payment > saved payment cards.
Saves entering card details every time pay 👍☺️ HTH
