I have a contract with 02 at the end of the 2 year contract i upgraded the phone (xmas just gone so 7 months ago) since then im paying 56 a month for a phone i have no service on i used my old sim as it was an upgrade i just remembered i have not been able to make a call since my old contract ended and the new one was ment to take its place i have the new phone and bills are being paid but i have no service at all.

I did get a new sim with my upgrade but that also is dead where do i go from here ? i'm close to closing the dirext debit and saying bye to 02 my bills show i have not used a single text or call but you continue to take funds with out  thinking this number has no usage.

i have been forced to take out another contract with another phone service for now.

They won't call you. They just sell your debt to a debt collection agency and ruin your credit score.
You can log into your MyO2 and change your security question so no excuses wink

Any contact with 02 is a blow out with out the sercurity answer there must be other wy like bank details card numbers and stuff 02 needs to sort there stuff out if a customer cant remember  the security answer then your locked out but they still want paying.

So it's an account problem and not a phone problem. Go into the O2 store and ask for a new sim to see if they can either do a sim swap or activation.

A friend has said my phone looks like its call barred ?? dont see why i pay buy direct debit  and trust me always plenty of money in the bank so there is no reason for it to be call bared as i have never missed a payment due to having a few quid in the bank.

You must call back or go in store and try and sort this out.
Trust me, o2 won't care and you'll be back on here asking how to rectify your credit score if you don't.
