I am currently paying £20.50 a month for a contract for my son. The last 2 bills have been over £50. I cannot access my bill on line and after phoning O2 and asking for a breakdown of his bill was told that he had gone over his 500 text mark. Although I asked for a paper copy of the breakdown the one sent was no use whatsoever. How can I see what the extra £30 was charged for and can I not have a standard charge for more texts or even unlimited texts which my daughter gets for only £10 a month on Pay As You Go ? As the whole family are with O2 unless I get some satisfaction we shall certainly be moving suppliers at the end of our contracts.
