I paid on the 31st via PayPal however o2 have messaged me to say it’s overdue and my phone is now restricted.
I have been calling for over two hours, tried to message on the chat, emailed the email address PAYMENTADMIN@o2.com where the money was sent to and I am yet to speak to Someone….

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
