So spoke to O2 on the phone as app didnt have all the info, agreed a package, was sent the contract to review and agreed to it. BUT ive now been put on a doff contract that is more expensive!
So after 45mins sorting out a contract and now well over combined 90mins on hold today still not fixed.
Anyonr else have this? Report to FCA for contract breaches?

I have been on hold for over 3 hrs in 2 days to get thru to o2 in order to resolve there error. If you work for them maybe you can get someone to call me to resolve?
