Penguin e-book o2 priority blue Monday prize

Hi,

i won a penguin e-book yesterday with blue Monday o2 priority. I received the email with the link to claim yesterday evening but when I went to do it today it says the code has already been ‘redeemed’. I contacted penguin like it said to but they have said I need to contact o2. Anyone any contact for this or know how I can get it fixed? Thanks!

It doesn't work. I have O2 and Virgin, and neither of the codes could be redeemed
