Hi,

I would like to get my pac code as I'm moving to diffrent provider. I phoned number 4445 - spoke to secretary. went thourght the process than I was told that is I would like to leave O2 the waiting time to speak to someone is over 1h!!!

Is there any diffrent way - like online form - which I could subbmit to get my PAC CODE nr?

PAYG PAC can only be obtained by calling 4445 unfortunately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
