Resolved! bills and early upgrading

Does anyone know how long after a bill has been paid does the early upgrade fee drop? I paid my bill on Sunday and have yet to see a decrease in my upgrade cost. Thanks for any help in advance

Resolved! o2 refresh problem

im on o2 refresh, but when i go to upgrade it doesnt give me the option to pay off device plan, it tells me i cant upgrade until 2016, im very confused, it was working the other day as i was browsing my upgrade options
