New contract with O2 and want to move old number

I have purchased a new contract with O2 via e2save, the online part of Car Phone Warehouse. The new SIM is already activated. I want to transfer my existing O2 number to the new SIM/contract, can I do that via swapmysim.o2.co.uk?

I recently did the same on another contract with O2 and it took 48 mins on the phone and then 28 hours to actually happen. The SIM being already activated seemed to cause a problem to the O2 person at the other end.

You need to do this via CS on 202 as you effectively have 2 contracts running at the moment.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The Swapmysim moves your number from one sim sized SIM card to another.

You've opened up a new contract so you need to speak to customers services.

If you had the same problem previously, why did you do the same again? Has your previous contract already been cancelled, or is it still active?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
