Hello,

My contract is due to expire on the 18th May, can I request a PAC code now and use it after that date or do I have to wait ?

I know it's only a few days but I want to get on with ordering my new phone for the weekend.

I did attempt to use the live chat but I was given a run around and when asking the above I had server issues.

You can  request your PAC now @James2. You will have 30 days to use it before it expires

You can request a PAC at any time at. It does not matter if you are in contract or not.
It only matters when you use it and if you don't use it, it just expires and nothing happens wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
