I applied for the bus discount when I purchased the phone about 2 weeks ago just wondered how long it will take. I had to upload pay slip as would not accept work email still not sure why. Thanks

I'd suggest you give customer services a call on 202 to check assuming you followed the process correctly https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/O2-Open-amp-Friends-and-Family-discounts-How-to-sign-up/...
