I want to get my PAC code but everytime I can get online the live chat is busy and I very rarely have any signal on my phone during the times I can call to get it. Have no landline installed yet following house move. How can I get someone to message/email it to me??

8-8.30am is usually the best time to call @Anonymous although there are problems currently with getting through...

I share your pain, dont waste time trying to use chat as they say you have to phone and then you are on a 30 mins plus queue! Oh and pay 25p for every frustrating and unsuccessful attempt!!!
