I haven’t been able to receive calls or texts and have noticed that there are no bars on my phone. I’m trying to login to see what the problem is but as I’m disconnected I can’t get the security code to login.
I changed my contract recently but should have unlimited calls and texts still.
I got my last bill yesterday but it hasn’t come out of my account. I last paid on the 22nd April.
what is the problem and what can I do please?

You will need to speak to o2 on 0800 902 0217 as there is nothing anyone on this community can look at to help you as we are all customers like you.
They open at 8am tomorrow morning..
