Hi,

Is anyone able to direct me to the section on MYO2 where i can get my PAC code? According to the help and support section it should be there but I cant find it anywhere.

You can't get it from your MyO2.

You'll need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Thanks for the quick reply. Ive got 2 numbers on my account so the texting method wont work I think and I cant find on MY O2 where to obtain the pac info.
