So I've recently got a new phone from O2 with a new number, and I'm coming from Vodafone ( very bad service and coverage)

I want to keep my mobile number I've had for years. 

I've got the PAC code from Vodafone and filled in the correct details on my O2 app but I've heard nothing and my number has still not moved over? 

 

How long does it normally take, it's been 48hrs so far 

 

Any help would be appreciated

There's a current issue with the company that deals with porting and it is not known how long it will take to resolve.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
