I don't know if I'm an idiot or this website is just too hard to use but I am trying to change to O2 from EE and I just cannot figure out how to do it? I want to keep my number so I have the PAC code but where on earth do I put it? All the help and FAQ pages just say to give it to O2 but how???

To start off, use uswitch for the best deals.

https://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/compare/sim_only_deals/o2/

Choose the deal you want

This will automatically redirect you to the O2 website

Just follow the prompts and choose the new customer option.

During the process you can select to keep your old number and enter the PAC from EE.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
