I am on holiday in Morocco and bought a bolt on for £4.99 a day so I can use data in non-EU countries (Morocco) but I have just got an email saying I have been charged £140 over my standard bill this month already! Anyone know how I can sort this. Thanks

@Kierany7 You can see what your charges are on your My O2 page, and then you need to speak to customer service: https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Call. Don't use Live Chat.

Edit: The O2 Travel Bolt-on does not include Morocco https://www.o2.co.uk/international/travel-inclusive-zone

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Standard rates for Morocco here http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad
Who told you to buy the bolt on? If it was someone from O2 you have a case for a refund.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
