Phone Warranty

Hi,

Recently been told that warranty is void if there is any visible damage on your phone with O2. Can someone confirm if this is correct? I dropped my phone a while back and it has damage to bottom corner but have an issue with phone software and worried now warranty won't be covered?

Hi @T_ina88 it can be if they think it was caused by the user or proved to be user damage or they will just say it to get you to pay extortionate repair excesses

Which manufacture check there own warranty rules but damage will void any warranty on all network and manufacturers as hard to prove the damage has not caused the issue !
