Over charged bill

My bill comes out tomorrow I paid last months early which was £98.12 as I had made calls to costing numbers but this month my bill is exactly the same but I haven't spent that much and I went into o2 and he can see that I haven't spent that much

If the figures are wrong then you need to contact customer services tomorrow between 8-8.30am

There will be a full breakdown of your bill in My O2. Download a copy to your PC and have a close look at the charges for calls and media messages.

If there is something that you don't understand or agree with, call 202 to either clarify or dispute. To be fair O2 don't normally make billing errors.

It will still be showing last months bill until next months is generated.
You paid it early but the system only updates at the preset dates relevant to your account.

If today is bill generation day it will update if not it won't update until it is.
