I wanted to upgrade early for the iphone 16, during the checkout process I accidentally selected a new contract instead of existing. So now I have two contratcs, the phone has been dispatched and the new number has been activated.
To fix the issue, can I cancel my old contract and move the phone number to the new contract?

Yes, you just need to migrate your number Guide: Migration & porting into O2
Guide: How to find help & contact O2
You will still need to pay what you still owe on the old contract though.
