I did make a pre order for samsung galaxy s20 ultra on 12 february they sent to the stor cuz was click and collect order but they lose it
I pay 30£ upfront
125 £deposit
And 2 days ago i did pay my first bill but i didn t receive the sim card or phone
I need to speeak with costumer services but they lose te phone every time cuz i don t have priority ...
Wtf is this priority how can i contact that costumer services can someone from o2 to contact me please xxxxxxxxxx thanks
