I ordered a phone from here on contract I payed my upfront payment which has left my bank already and I have no email saying it’s confirmed or pending. What should I do

You might wish to check with your bank for further information too. My understanding is that funds are set-aside or earmarked for your O2 purchase, but that O2 do not actually take your money unless your purchase goes ahead. 

 

If O2 decline your application for a contract, I believe that the funds will not be claimed by them and will automatically re-appear in your bank account - although the speed of this is down to your bank and can take up to fourteen days. 👍
