Order processing

Hi, I recently got off the phone to CS because I wanted to change my data package and know what’s happening in to my order. They told me it was “processing” still, does that mean it’s been approved or not? Thanks

If they say it's processing then they are still making further checks probably.

If you pass all checks you will get an email to say it's dispatched. You can then track your order.

Ah okay thank you, they did tell me to keep an eye out for the post. All a bit confusing.
