Hi,I scanned the qr code for my esim and the thing looks like it has set up as the mobile data details are there but it says “no service” ? What do I do? Thanks

Hi, I recently got off the phone to CS because I wanted to change my data package and know what’s happening in to my order. They told me it was “processing” still, does that mean it’s been approved or not? Thanks
