New esim says no service

I scanned the qr code for my esim and the thing looks like it has set up as the mobile data details are there but it says “no service” ? What do I do? Thanks

Can i ask how you got your esim pack, i have tried calling but cannot work out how to get through the automated options to order one?

Just choose fraud, lost/stolen or upgrades. Needs must I'm afraid.

So i put the physical o2 sim card in my phone and texted swap, it says my new sim will be active soon. Does it mean my esim or the physical sim? thanks

Did you give them the serial number of your esim?
