My phone was purchased July 2018. The phone is locked to o2. Tried another network sim card and was prompted with sim network pin. Thinking it's the sim pin actually locked the device. Entered the puk code provided further 2 times had completely locked my device. By the time I identified the issue that the device is only locked to o2, I found o2 latching code does not unlock the device now. What should I do? With the global pandemic at present I am unable to use another network provider sim card. PLEASE HELP.

You'll need @Marjo or @Martin-O2 to get you a master unlock code.
