Is it normal for no products or orders to come up in my 02 account? Should my order not be there ?

@Ellie5 If new stock is not likely soon, they will refund you eventually. Only chance to get through to customer service at the moment is to try first thing in the morning at 8 am.

Ok thanks. I did try this yesterday morning and they told me I had to wait till sales opened at 10 and then by that point I couldn’t get through. Thanks for your help.

Brilliant feed thanks everyone. I’ve had the exact same experience and was refunded but no email communication for any part of it and nothing hidden in spam/junk. I placed a new order for the IPad Pro 12.9 2020 and 2nd Gen pen (£20 upfront and £119 pen). Even though the initial £139 cost was taken out and then refunded into my account, will it come directly out again once stock is replenished or will I have to put another repeat order in? Don’t want to repeat order and end up with two contracts out. If it’s just a case of everything running slow giving the circumstances I’d have no problem with waiting.
Again thanks for feed above, great info. If anyone has more insight for me I’d appreciate it!

Do you still have an account with an order saying in progress @Ronan?
If the up front has been refunded it sounds more like the order has been cancelled.

Nothing has appeared on ye My O2 app however apparently it won’t appear until it’s been dispatched. I think you may be right about the cancellation however I thought i’d have gotten an email to say that.
Could be a waiting game giving the circumstances.
