Hi. I became a victim of the fraud. I have reported everything to o2 after couple of hours of the incident, after a three phone calls to them I have managed to return a parcel when is still with courier ( o2 has requested a return).
Now after few days my order status says is complete but when I track a parcel is still says " on its way back to o2". Anyone know what that means ??

It means the courier are still processing the return back to o2, and this can take a good few days to make its way through the system.
