Hi @Windy1 - try this: O2’s customer service team can be called on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 ).

Best time to call is around 08:15am UK time, but feel free to try now - keep trying until you get to the music, might take a few tries if queues are already full! Good luck.
