I was told in an email the following:
"Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end.
We'll process your order as quick as we can, so it will be in your hands
before you know it. And if you're itching for updates (which we're sure
you are), keep an eye on your inbox for news of its progress and
delivery."
This was 5 days ago and I've yet to receive an update or the device. I received the contract agreement which was signed by O2 stating the terms and amount payable over the contract and as said the upfront payment has been taken from my bank.
I suffer from Asperger's so talking on phone is difficult for me, but I do require someone from O2 to look into this for me, how can I go about this in writing?
