Order Stuck at Credit Check

Hi,

I've been with O2 since BT Cellnet days and I'm trying to place an order for a second phone for my son who starts secondary school soon.

I placed the order last Tuesday (4th July) and it was referred to the credit check team. The email I received said i would get a reply within 24 hours but I haven't yet received anything. I contacted the O2 Web Chat team on Monday who apparently escalated the order and said it would be resolved within 24 hours but I still have nothing. I contacted the Web chat team earlier today who then told me to call 202 - but i've now been on hold over 30 minutes.

Is there anyone here that can help me get to the bottom of this?

You are best speaking to the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 and they might be better to answer and quicker...
