I sign in to my online account but i am unable to view my bill..It will tell me to use the user name and password i set it up with..I do this and still unable to view my bill.

Your use name should be your full O2 email address, if you've tried that give then a ring.

Mostl sign in problems are usually related to using different details than those the account was set up with by O2.
