My tariff allows 200 off peak minutes.

When I travel to Italy, under new EU roaming rules, what is Off Peak.

Is it 7pm to 7am UK time or Local Italy time.

I wasn't aware there were still any off peak tariffs so I guess it's one you've had for a long time?
Anyway, the times for any restrictions such as this are always local time to the country you are in.

Thank you for response.

Yes it’s a very old (Cellnet) tariff I have on one phone. 200 minutes off peak, zero cost per month.

Blimey! Is this one of the old Pay Upfront For Life tariffs? I remember those from my time at O2 and thought they had tried forcing customers off all the legacy tariffs at one time.

They were offering free upgrades to try and get customers off those tariffs but I think they just gave up when people refused.
