Hi,
I have just taken out a new Virgin Media package deal which included an O2 sim. This sim should of had 10gb of data per month, however it has just renewed on the O2 app and there is only 5gb of data available for this motnh.
Is this an O2 issue or a Virgin Media issue?

It will changed to 10Gb after 14 days as per the terms of the Volt packages and once you have passed the 14 day change of mind for VM
Also it will show as a bolton in Myo2
There is a volt Masterthread Introducing Volt – the new supercharged service from Virgin Media O2
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

I am still not seeing my double data in my o2 account? This is not listed as a bolt on either. Still only showing as 5gb not 10gb

Data has just refreshed (again) and still no double data? Any ideas? Not there as a bolt on either?

I also popped into the o2 shop near work last week. They said leave it until the data refreshes and then one day after that it will be there..........surprise surprise it is not 🙄
