O2 sim only to refresh

HELP!!!! So I don’t know what to believe. I spoke to someone on o2 about my SIM ONLY upgrade to refresh due on 3rd jun 2018, a few have told me I can upgrade early and I’ll be credit checked, however I spoke to another one who said it’s not possible to upgrade early because we want you to be with us 6 months before we upgrade you to a phone, and we won’t credit check you as we do this when we open your account. Who is right?? Will I be credit checked ad my score isn’t great so Any help would be appreciated. I can attach screenshots of the live chat if this helps

I’m even more confused now however not expecting a response this late at night! Dpd sent me a text saying it’s coming tomorrow so who’s delivering it UK mail or dpd??? How odd is this unless they’re sending the AirPods separately which is definitely strange and could be annoying if you have to do things and wait in the house for 2 delivery’s. Sorry if I woke any of you 😕

Entirely possible if they are coming from a different supplier who have there own preferred courier. But these days nothing at all surprises me with O2.

Hey guys! Phone & AirPods both arrived from dpd yesterday! Strange tracking system they have in place! All set up and running now though so thanks for all the help I’ve had.
