Hi guys
I have sent in a faulty phone via prepaid envelope to Communications House in Norwich.
Just spoke to Royal Mail and they need the full address of where it was sent (more than postcode and bulding name)
I assumed it would be o2 but no, no o2 at Communications House in Norwich.
Does anyone know the Communications House business address of where the repair handsets are sent?Im guessing its outsourced but to who?
Tried calling o2 but keeps cutting off.

Thanks guys
What I cannot get through my head is if the envelope was prepaid, then surely the full posting address would show up once the item is scanned by Royal Mail...?

Whether this is true or not as RM CS staff seem very under pressure at the moment, apparently the address has instructed RM not to deliver there right now, so currently my parcel/phone is just sitting in an RM depot.
Why on earth didnt o2 tell me this before sending me a prepaid envelope? Im now without a phone
