Well I saved some money with o2 rewards and when I transferred my number I lost that money and how will I get this back?

The OP didn't leave, he had a temporary number when he ported in. However as I said,rewards are not transferrable.

Rewards are attached to the number. How do you mean you transferred the number?

I transferred my number via a PAC code from a different company and I collected some rewards money on my temp number but now that my number has been transferred its gone so how can I get it back

As far as I'm aware you have lost them. You cannot transfer between numbers. Have a word with them and they may possibly offer you some form of goodwill gesture. Call as live chat won't give you anything.

Once you leave o2 you lose your rewards.
