Just so poke to advisor regarding my missing o2 rewards gift card given as part of the get 10% back on all your top ups (when you have saved enough) and he basically said he didn’t know what I was talking about and to go to an o2 shop ? Why are they advertising this then in their app and letting you change your balance to one of these gift cards !!

Sadly, as we are all customers here, people can only point you back to O2.
It's not unusual for advisors not to know about things. Whether this is by accident or design is hard to say.
