O2 refresh finished

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi my o2 refresh contract has ended as I have paid off my device plan. I still pay for my airtime. However I noticed when checking my credit report 02 are showing that my device plan is still live. Should they not close this line of credit down automatically as it has been paid off.

Yes your device plan should show as completed but it might take a short while to update on your credit score.
How long has it been?

Thanks @Cleoriff, I'm Happy with my airtime bill as it's still really slow, but my credit report still shows as 1 payment in instalments which the device and 1 in phone which is my airtime. I jistntho But the instalments credit should now show as closed automatically.

I would expect it to be closed anytime now.
Upto 6 months isn't unusual but usually quicker.
Is your MyO2 showing it as settled?

It will most likely just be the credit agency catching up on paperwork.
Some are quicker than others.

Yes, your MyO2 should show it as settled immediately the last payment is made.
If this is saying settled it's just the agencies that need to catch up.
Needs chasing with CS if not though.
