O2 refresh finished

Hi my o2 refresh contract has ended as I have paid off my device plan. I still pay for my airtime. However I noticed when checking my credit report 02 are showing that my device plan is still live. Should they not close this line of credit down automatically as it has been paid off.

If there's an issue with how any data is being reported to the CRA's, drop the team an email at creditfilereferrals@o2.com and I'm sure they will pick it up for you. slight_smile Include a copy/screenshot of the inaccurate data from your report if you have it to hand.

 

As has been suggested, it's likely just a reporting delay, but worth picking up so that it doesn't cause you any issues down the line.
